Determining Fault In An Accident

Date: February 11, 2016

feb11While personal injury cases are some of the most received by our country’s courts, there are also many cases that are never pursued. Many clients might assume that they won’t receive enough compensation, so there’s no point. But even more clients argue that there’s no way to determine who was at fault in their accident, and pursuing a case will be more trouble than it’s worth.

Determining fault is not something that has to be left up to you for you to pursue a personal injury case. At FD, we have years and years of experience doing this exact kind of investigation. In a car accident, for example, we may speak to the insurance adjuster, read over the police reports, and conduct any further investigation in order to get you the compensation you deserve. Often, fault is not easily determined by which car hit first. Our work may find that there was an item in the road that led you into an accident, or that a mechanical failure in your vehicle caused it.

Don’t leave a personal injury case on the back burner because you don’t think there’s enough evidence. Leave it to us — we’re the experts.
